everybody knows prisons are overcrowded, but what can be done about it?
 the solution is simple. every person incarcerated for violent crime should be subject to scientific experimentation. send them out of the prisons and into the laboratories. it would be like the death penalty but so much better. so much waste goes along with the normal death penalty. why not put them to use instead of wasting perfectly good experimental subjects? these people should be used for science! it is so difficult for scientists out there to conduct research on actual live humans because of the whole ethics deal. but rapists and murderers don't deserve to be treated ethically! there would be entirely new branches of science! well, almost entirely new. have you ever heard of josef mengele, the "angel of death"? he pioneered a lot of this kind of human experimentation. if you ignore the fact that he was a a nazi doctor who experimented on innocent people in concentration camps, he is actually a really cool guy and a respectable scientist.
think of all the things that could be researched. you could use live humans to analyze the nature of shark attacks! just throw them overboard and see what happens! so many neat surgeries on conscious people! there would be no need for animal testing ever again!
