True Inspiration

This picture is of Anthony Robles after he won his NCAA finals match in the 2012 NCAA wrestling championships at the 125 lb. weight class becoming the first ever wrestler to become an NCAA chamoion with only one leg. To the wrestling community this wasn't necessarily a shock  because Robles was actuallyranked very high with a good chance of winning it all, but to those outside it was definitely a shock that someone with such an immobilizing physically handicap was able to win a NCAA championship, let alone in such a physical man to man sport as wrestling. Whether it was a shock to the non-wrestling community and wrestling community or not, it was an inspiration to all. Being born without a leg Anthony did not accept his handicap and sit in pity, he instead threw away his prosthetic leg and did everything a normal boy would do and more. Wrestling found him when he was 9 years old and from then on he worked harder than anyone with two legs going on to win two state titles, 3 all-american honors, and one NCAA championship. After whe won in this picture he received a standing ovation bringing so many in the arena and in their living rooms to tears including his mother who never would've dreamed at Anthony's birth that he would have accomplished such a feat and gone into history as he did. This photo truly inspired millions and continues to do so.
