Advice

If you ask a woodsman to explain the meaning of life, he falls back on what he knows, relates it all back to a parable of the woods or somesuch. Much in the same way if you ask a Clay about life changing advice, he'll tumble back into that well worn rut and splurge about Jack Kerouac and what Clay professes to be his  infinite wisdom. "The more ups and downs the more joy I feel- the greater the fear, the greater the happiness I feel". It's an ode to think about everyday. It helps one to remember, even when times are bad, that all of your collective experience shapes who you are. The sad times make the happy times all the happier and the Highs would be un-knowable without equal lows. Excess in both directions can help to increase your capacity for receiving both.
