Playlist

so, I pretty much love listening to music. And I've decided to share my summer driving playlist. Now, this playlist is specifically for driving down country roads with the windows down and the sunshining. With that said, here you go:

1. Country Road - James Taylor
This is kind of obvious - the title kinda keys you in. Not only do I love this song but I love driving to it with the windows down.

2. Wagon Wheel - Old Crow Medicine Show
For starters, I love this song. It is camp. Camp is best and longest in summer. Therefore this song is summer. For that reason & the fact I enjoy singing it at the top of my lungs, make it on this playlist.

3. American Pie - Don McLean
Yeah, not as good if it's not Satchel singing it at 2 am, but it's still a great song for summer. Plus it reminds me of Satchel & camp & fun times which makes driving to this song that much better. Also, I enjoy singing it - every single verse - far louder than I am allowed to in any other setting.

4. Rock and Roll - Eric Hutchinson
This just *feels* like summer. I don't know how else to describe it. It also sounds great when it's played very loud & it just has a nice feel to it that's really lively which helps make me happy during summer country drives.

5. Dueling Banjos - Mountain Sound
Yepp. It's perfect. I love it. Just, I don't know! It's perfect for this playlist. It just feels right. Not sure how else to put it.

6. And The World Turned - The Gabe Dixon Band
This song is a nice end to a drive, a bit more relaxed, but still upbeat. To me, it also sounds like summer - just a relaxing feel to it. Very calm, very nice, very summer: great for driving in the country.

So there's my playlist. And thinking about it makes me super impatient for summer! I hope you all enjoy it & maybe find that you agree with the playlist choices. The End.
