Only seems fitting

Since I am at a dance competition this weekend, it only seems fitting to write about my playlist for dance competitions. It is entitled "Warm-Up." My playlist is ever changing because I discover new songs, get tired of old ones, and I am a little superstitious about certain things and some songs must stay regardless of how old the song is. This playlist consists mainly of Adele and Beyonce. I prefer softer slower songs for stretching and then all the high energy songs for right before I go onstage to get my heart rate up.
1. Don't You Remember- Adele. Adele is one of my favorite artists, I love all of her songs and it was hard to me to pick a favorite, but this one is pretty far up the list. All of Adele's music is fabulous, I can't even begin to express how much I love her music. This song gets me focused and calmed down from a chaotic day or a bad week. It's Adele, plain and simple.
2. Halo- Beyonce. Again, it's Beyonce. She is so amazing, and this song is almost as amazing as she is. Halo has a special place in my heart for various reasons, and I can't go onstage without listening to it.
3. Make You Feel My Love- Adele. This is a good back pocket song, and by that I mean it is one of those songs that you can listen to anytime, any place, and love it every time no matter how many times you listen to it. I had wanted to dance to this song, but so did everyone else so I gave up on that.
4. Mirrors- Justin Timberlake. So basically Justin Timberlake is the male version of Beyonce, multi-talented and a great performer. I forgot how much I enjoyed his music until he came out with his new music, it is great. I like the full iTunes version of this song because of the ending, although you have to be in a certain mood to listen to it.
5. Crazy In Love- Beyonce. Dangerously in Love is the best Beyonce album, and Crazy In Love might be my favorite song. It is a great pump up song to get me going. It is also Beyonce and she is super fierce and after listening to this song how can you not want to be fierce too.
