Thuggin T-bone

If I had to be one fictional character I would be T-bone the bulldog from Clifford. He's such a congenial dog, his diminutive nature sometimes precludes his involvement in the gang's frequent beach volleyball games, but ol' T-bone never lets it get him down. My owner would be the only cop on Birdwell Island, so I could tell him that other dogs I didn't like had rabies, and he'd have to shoot them. It would also be swell to have a pal like Clifford, having a big friend who can push people around is always good. Though many may not realize it after only a cursory viewing of the show, T-bone is actually the brains behind the group, keeping the disparate personalities of Mac and that bitchy poodle from tearing each other to shreds. I wonder though, Why a dog as smart and together as T-bone would use the name that his owner gave him, that's bowing down to the filthy human bourgeois if you ask me. Final note. He is a dog that speaks like a black man.
