"When you're this cool, they're out to get you."
—Arthur Herbert "Fonzi" Fonzarelli, Happy Days
Fonzie... even the name oozes of coolness, yet the name can only go so far in describing just how awesome Arthur Herbert Fonzarelli really is. If you are like the many countless individuals today who could not care less about great shows of the past, preferring instead reality television, you may be wondering: "Who is this Fonzie character that you speak so fondly of." Well, to begin, Fonzie is the coolest fictional character ever conceived. In fact, few people have ever come close to attaining, or could ever hope to attain, the level of coolness displayed by Henry Winkler's character in the classic American sitcom Happy Days, which aired from 1974 to 1984. Also known as "Fonz" or "The Fonz," Fonzie is—undoubtedly—one of the best fictional characters of all time, for he is the very embodiment of the word "cool." His iconic style and many catchphrases, such as "Aaaeeeyyy!," "Exactamundo," and "Sit on it!" as well as his suave, charming personality are testaments to this fact. I'll be honest: I idolize The Fonz. He is, in my opinion, the ideal example by which most anyone should strive to emulate. After all, who'd not want to be as handsome, charming, successful, and (above all) cool as the legend himself, Fonzie.
