Jim- Evan Caldwell

The fact of the matter is that I read very few fiction books since I started high school, and I don't watch many non-reality TV shows. However, one character, in the one show that I can thoroughly enjoy at any time, is Jim from NBC's The Office. Jim is just such a cool guy, and has a sense of humor that is so subtle yet goes unmatched in today's comedy television shows. I was surprised to find that no one else really even thought of Jim when writing this blog, maybe it's because when you think of fiction you think of books, but could it possibly be that we, as an audience, take poor Jim for granted. I mean really, this guy is an absolute legend, and yet he seems to always fly under the radar when people try and name the best characters out there. Another reason he is my favorite is because he's a family guy, which is in my opinion one of the most admirable characteristics a man can have. Plus, Pam and Jim?... best television couple in the history of anything ever. I'm very sad to see that The Office, and consequently Jim, is coming to an end of a very long and hilarious journey. Let this serve as a salute to the best television show ever, and to Jim, the best guy. ever.
